1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Squizz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Twist Labs SARL, a Société à Responsabilité Limitée incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, registered office at Angle Rue Mozart et Bd d'Anfa, Résidence le Petit Paradis – 7ème étage, Casablanca, Maroc, ICE No. 003933917000017 ("Twist Labs SARL", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Squizz platform, website at squizzthelemon.com, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Description of Service
Squizz is an AI-powered marketing platform helping businesses build brand strategy, generate marketing content, and manage campaigns. The Service includes:
- AI-driven marketing strategy and content generation
- Campaign planning, scheduling, and optimisation
- Integration with third-party platforms including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
- Performance analytics and AI-generated recommendations
The Service is continuously evolving. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
3.2 Account Security
Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at legal@squizzthelemon.com of any suspected unauthorised use.
3.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Plans and Pricing
Subscription plans and pricing are available at squizzthelemon.com/pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing, and will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3 Cancellation
Cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting legal@squizzthelemon.com. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
4.5 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our IP
The Service, including its software, algorithms, interfaces, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Twist Labs SARL and its licensors.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content and materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Twist Labs SARL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the Service ("Generated Content") is provided for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, legality, and appropriateness before publication or use.
5.4 Third-Party API Data
Data accessed via third-party APIs (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and similar) is used solely to provide the requested functionality to the authorised user. Such data is not used for advertising purposes and is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the authorised purpose.
5.5 AI Model Training
Twist Labs SARL will not use, nor authorize any third-party provider to use, User Content or data obtained through third-party API integrations to train, retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any third-party AI models. Twist Labs SARL may use aggregated, de-identified, non-reversible data to improve its own Service features, solely to provide personalised functionality to its users.
5.6 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services which have their own terms. We do not control third-party providers, their services, or their terms. Third-party terms may be modified at any time at the provider's discretion. If you disagree with any third-party terms, you may cease using the relevant integration.
5.7 Feedback
Feedback or suggestions you submit grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Generate defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots without our written permission
- Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI-generated recommendations do not guarantee specific marketing performance or business outcomes. Results depend on factors beyond our control.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twist Labs SARL, its managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.
9. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any other legitimate reason. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 11, and 15–18 survive termination.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in users' jurisdictions are not affected.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting legal@squizzthelemon.com. Failing resolution within 30 days, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, war, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
14. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be made in writing by an authorised representative of Twist Labs SARL.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and Data Processing Agreement (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and Twist Labs SARL regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
